All such documents form part of this Agreement by reference.
2.2 If you are accessing the ec99 Platform on behalf of another individual or entity, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that individual or entity to this Agreement.
2.3 ec99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically.
2.4 This Agreement is available in English only. Where a translation is provided for convenience, the English version shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency.
3.1 Age Requirement. The ec99 Platform is accessible exclusively to individuals aged 21 years or above. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age. ec99 will request documentary proof of age at any point and may suspend or permanently close any Account where the minimum age requirement cannot be verified.
Age Restriction Warning: Underage gambling is illegal and causes harm. ec99 strictly enforces its 21+ age policy. If you become aware of an underage person accessing the ec99 Platform, please contact our support team immediately via live chat or at [email protected]. ec99 will promptly investigate and act on all such reports.
3.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gaming is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you access the ec99 Platform. ec99 does not warrant that access to or use of the Platform is legal in all jurisdictions. Players accessing ec99 from jurisdictions where online gaming is restricted or prohibited do so entirely at their own risk and legal liability.
3.3 Registration Accuracy. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all Account balances.
3.4 One Account Rule. Each individual may maintain only one registered Account on the ec99 Platform. If ec99 detects duplicate accounts associated with the same individual — whether by name, address, payment method, device, or IP address — ec99 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and, in cases of suspected fraud, to forfeit the balances therein.
3.5 Identity Verification (KYC). ec99 may require Players to complete identity verification procedures at any time, including but not limited to: submission of a government-issued photo ID (CNIC, passport, or driving licence), proof of residential address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of withdrawal requests.
4.1 Account Security. You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your ec99 Login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. ec99 recommends using a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform. You must never share your login credentials with any third party.
4.2 Unauthorised Access. In the event that you suspect unauthorised access to your Account or that your credentials have been compromised, you must notify ec99 immediately via live chat or at [email protected]. ec99 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised Account access where the breach resulted from your failure to maintain reasonable credential security.
4.3 Account Currency. All ec99 Accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawal amounts are expressed and processed in PKR. ec99 does not maintain multi-currency accounts.
4.4 Inactive Accounts. An Account is deemed inactive if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. ec99 reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee of PKR 200 per month to inactive accounts after this period. You will be notified by email prior to any fee being applied. Any remaining balance will be refunded to the Player's last verified payment method upon request.
4.5 Account Closure. You may request closure of your ec99 Account at any time by contacting support. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to completed KYC and no outstanding bonus wagering requirements. Self-exclusion requests are handled separately under Section 9.
5.1 Supported Payment Methods. ec99 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, SadaPay, Raast, and USDT TRC20. ec99 reserves the right to add, remove, or modify supported payment methods at any time.
5.2 Minimum Deposit. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. Players must deposit at least the displayed minimum in a single transaction; ec99 does not aggregate partial deposits to meet minimum thresholds.
5.3 Deposit Processing. JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are typically credited to the Player's Account instantly upon successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) may take up to two (2) banking business days. USDT TRC20 deposits are credited following the required blockchain confirmations. ec99 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
5.4 Withdrawal Requests. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically completed within five (5) to thirty (30) minutes. Bank transfers may take one (1) to three (3) banking business days. ec99 does not charge fees on standard withdrawals; however, third-party processing fees imposed by payment providers are the Player's responsibility.
5.5 Anti-Money Laundering (AML). ec99 operates in compliance with international anti-money laundering standards. ec99 reserves the right to request documentation evidencing the lawful source of deposited funds prior to approving withdrawal requests. Suspicious transaction activity will be reported to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable licensing obligations. Funds deposited through payment methods not registered in the Account holder's name will not be accepted and will be returned.
5.6 Bonus Wagering Requirements. Withdrawals may be subject to completion of applicable bonus wagering requirements. Players who elect to withdraw prior to satisfying wagering requirements may have outstanding bonus amounts deducted from the withdrawable balance.
6.1 Game Rules. Each game and betting market offered on the ec99 Platform is governed by specific rules displayed within the relevant game or market interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and this Agreement, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to that particular game or market.
6.2 Accepted Wagers. All bets and wagers are final once confirmed by the Player and accepted by the ec99 system. ec99 does not accept verbal instructions to place, modify, or cancel wagers. It is the Player's responsibility to verify bet details before confirmation.
6.3 Void Bets. ec99 reserves the right to void any bet or wager where: (a) a technical error resulted in an incorrect price or payout being displayed; (b) a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned in circumstances not covered by event-specific rules; (c) the bet was placed in breach of these Terms; or (d) the integrity of the event is under investigation by a relevant governing body.
6.4 Palpable Errors. In the event of a manifest error in pricing (commonly referred to as a "palpable error" or "palp"), ec99 reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the stake to the Player's Account. ec99 will not honour winnings resulting from odds or payouts that are clearly erroneous and that a reasonable person would have identified as mistaken at the time of placing the bet.
6.5 Live Betting. In-play or live betting markets are subject to rapid odds fluctuations. ec99 is not liable for connection delays or technical interruptions that may affect a Player's ability to place or modify live bets. Accepted live bet confirmations are final regardless of subsequent connection quality.
6.6 RNG Fairness. All slots, casino games, fishing games, and game shows on the ec99 Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems from independently audited game providers. ec99 does not manipulate game outcomes. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages reflect theoretical long-term averages and not guaranteed individual session results.
7.1 All bonuses, free bets, reload offers, cashback promotions, and loyalty rewards offered by ec99 are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of the offer. General bonus principles applicable across all ec99 promotions are set out in this Section.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering (rollover) requirement before they may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds, and time limits are specified in each promotion's individual terms. Failure to satisfy wagering requirements within the stated timeframe will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
7.3 Bonus Abuse. ec99 monitors betting patterns associated with bonus use. Any form of bonus abuse — including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal exposure, collusion with other Players, arbitrage betting across multiple accounts, or exploitation of technical errors — is strictly prohibited and will result in cancellation of all bonus funds and may result in Account suspension.
7.4 One Bonus Per Person. Promotional offers are limited to one per person, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. ec99 reserves the right to decline bonus applications from Players who appear to be the same individual operating multiple accounts for the purpose of receiving multiple bonuses.
7.5 Modification and Withdrawal of Offers. ec99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Once a bonus has been activated on an Account, the terms applicable at the time of activation will continue to apply for that specific bonus.
8.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ec99 Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ec99 Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with this Agreement. This licence does not permit: reproduction, distribution, public display, modification, or creation of derivative works from any Platform content; data mining, scraping, or automated extraction of any Platform data; or any commercial use of ec99 brand assets.
10.3 Any unauthorised use of ec99's intellectual property will result in immediate Account termination and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.
11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ec99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of the ec99 Platform, including but not limited to: loss of gaming profits or winnings; loss of data or Account information; service interruptions due to technical faults, maintenance, or force majeure events; or losses resulting from your own breach of this Agreement.
11.2 ec99's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3 ec99 does not warrant that the Platform will be available continuously, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You are responsible for maintaining adequate device security and backup systems.
11.4 Nothing in this Section shall limit ec99's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
12.1 ec99 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to ec99's collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
12.2 ec99 may share Player data with regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, and licensed KYC and AML service providers where required by its licensing obligations or applicable law. ec99 does not sell Player data to third-party marketing organisations.
13.1 ec99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, ec99 will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via the registered email address or via an on-site notification. The effective date of any revised Terms will be updated at the top of this document.
13.2 Continued use of the ec99 Platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Agreement. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and request Account closure in accordance with Section 4.5.
14.1 ec99 may suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your Account at any time and without prior notice if: (a) you breach any provision of this Agreement; (b) ec99 is required to do so by a licensing authority, court order, or applicable law; (c) ec99 reasonably suspects fraudulent, collusive, or criminal activity on your Account; or (d) you engage in any Prohibited Activity as defined in Section 8.
14.2 Upon termination for breach or Prohibited Activity, ec99 reserves the right to withhold all Account balances pending investigation and, where appropriate, to report the matter to relevant authorities. In cases where no breach is established, any real-money balance will be returned to the Player's verified payment method.
14.3 ec99 reserves the right to withdraw its Services from any jurisdiction or market at any time. In such circumstances, affected Players will be given reasonable notice to withdraw their Account balances.
15.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ec99's operating entity is incorporated under its international gaming licence. The specific governing jurisdiction is identified in ec99's licence documentation, available on request from [email protected].
15.2 Informal Resolution. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or the ec99 Platform, you agree to first contact ec99 support and attempt to resolve the matter informally. ec99 will use reasonable efforts to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.
15.3 Formal Dispute Process. If informal resolution is unsuccessful, disputes may be escalated through ec99's formal complaints procedure. Details of the complaints procedure are available on request from the support team. Players retain the right to refer unresolved disputes to the relevant dispute resolution body designated by ec99's licensing authority.
15.4 Nothing in this Section shall prejudice a Player's rights under applicable mandatory consumer protection law in their country of residence.
